Steps

Step 1: Book With Us!

This is our first point of contact. We will talk over your current rig as well as your goals for the rig build! Please drop us an email at the bottom of this page.

Step 2: Rig Details | Pricing

This is where we start getting down details, like the size of the system, the requirements needed, and any special requests. From there, we'll do a digital mockup along with an invoice breakdown.

Step 3: Confirm | Assembly

Once all details have been confirmed, you will be provided shipping instructions along with packing requirements, so your equipment arrives safely and functioning correctly. From there we will assemble your system.

PLEASE NOTE: Once the process of assembly has begun, there will be a service change fee if anything needs to change, per the client.

Step 4: Test Play | Custom Tutorial Overview

Our favorite phase.. from here, we will run through the system, testing all loops, pedals, and midi devices for proper sound and function! We understand that receiving a new system can be intimidating, which is why we go the extra mile by providing a thorough walkthrough of your new custom system. We will include an audio play through of your system and a full video overview with multi camera views to set you up for success in your music journey!

Step 5: Shipping

Once fully tested and prepped for shipping, your rig will be insured and shipped with UPS. We REQUIRE all packages to be insured for the protection of the system and build.

- Shipping invoice will be sent at the END OF BUILD to properly account for weight, size, and location of destination.

Step 6: Receiving

Hooray! You've received your all new custom Omilion Audio rig! Now What?

Once you've received your new rig, please unbox it promptly and ensure that all connections and pedals are firmly secured and plugged in. Give it a spin, post pics, and tag @omilionaudio!

Sometimes, in shipping, packages get jostled around and can dislodge bits of the system. This is why we require insurance on all shipments.

We cannot be held responsible for the handling of packages once they've been shipped out, but we do our best to properly pack contents inside to avoid damages.
